The Role You will be a founding member of the Sales team, working to bring new partners ("Cappers") to the platform. As an early team member, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue by executing our outbound sales motion. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close.

The Problems You Will Solve

Own the full sales cycle:

You will be responsible for ensuring the company maintains a vibrant funnel of leads, prospects, opportunities, and recently "won" new accounts.

Understand partner needs:

Communicate our product offerings deeply so partners understand exactly how their business will grow on our platform.

Develop sales infrastructure:

Create and establish foundational sales playbooks and scripts to standardize efforts, ensuring consistency and scalability. Leverage AI and CRM tools to drive efficient systems.

Collaborate to close:

Partner with GTM and Product teams to communicate customer needs, bring in specialists as needed, and set partners up for long-term success.

Advocate for the product roadmap:

Act as an evidence-driven advocate for our partners based on industry intel. Influence the roadmap to solve pain points that win new business and create marketplace stickiness.

Location & Compensation

Location:

This role is based at our HQ in

Chicago, IL (The Loop) . We currently operate a hybrid model (2-3x/week in-office).

Compensation:

The OTE range for this role is

$200k–$220k + stock options + benefits . This range is flexible for the right candidate.
