General Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage and execute social media strategies for both Lids and Ebbets. This role will focus on content creation, community engagement/moderation, influencer identification and outreach, and reporting on owned and earned performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in social media strategy, and influencer marketing. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement organic social media strategies and messaging; create, publish, and report. Engage/interact and moderate with followers to foster community and brand loyalty. Support seeding (gifting) key products to targeted audiences: identify targets, reach out with brand and capsule information, secure sizing and addresses, and coordinate with distribution centers for shipments. Support influencer collaborations (identify and outreach) to improve brand visibility, aiming to increase long-term store traffic and awareness. Create compelling copy and visuals for product and campaign content. Help analyze social content performance across platforms to ensure KPI benchmarks are being surpassed. Assist in developing strategies to boost overall brand reach and engagement. Job Required Knowledge & Skills Proven experience in social media, content creation, and influencer outreach. Strong copywriting skills and familiarity with social media platforms' best practices. Ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage timelines. Excellent communication and community engagement skills. Passion for sports, apparel, streetwear, and influencer marketing is preferred. Well-versed in social media including new and emerging platforms. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills. Teammate who is solution oriented, who can own projects, and collaborates well with others. Experience working with and promoting brand initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong editing skills with attention to detail. Ability to convert social data, listening reports, and findings into clear and impactful strategies. Experience in influencer management, with a proven track record in overseeing successful partnerships and campaigns. Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task, and switch tasks fluidly. Well organized with attention to detail and ability to follow through. Must be hungry and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns running simultaneously. Bachelor’s Degree. 3+ years Digital Marketing experience with a core focus on social media.
