This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in Suwanee, GA, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Account Manager will oversee customer accounts, act as a primary point of contact, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with service teams, identifying potential upselling opportunities, and resolving client concerns in a timely manner. The role also entails monitoring accounts to ensure timely and quality service delivery and contributing to the growth and success of the company by achieving sales and service targets. Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in customer service best practices, conflict resolution, and account management Experience with sales techniques and identifying upselling opportunities Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively Proficiency in software tools and CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and managing accounts Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Prior experience in the lawn care, landscaping, or service industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
