VelvetCaviar.com is seeking a Sales Account Manager - Wireless Carriers to lead and expand our carrier channel business across AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and key regional partners.
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role responsible for managing national carrier relationships, executing promotional strategies, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong in-store performance. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of carrier retail environments, accessory attachment rates, and how to drive growth within complex, national organizations.

What you’ll do:
Lead revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and promotional execution across assigned wireless carrier accounts.
Own annual carrier account planning, revenue targets, and distribution growth strategy.
Serve as the primary strategic partner to national carrier buyers, accessory category managers, and regional field leaders.
Drive assortment planning, promotional programs, and seasonal launches aligned with carrier device roadmaps.
Increase attachment rates and in-store sell-through performance across carrier doors.
Partner with carrier field teams and regional leaders to support store-level execution and training.
Analyze sell-through, inventory levels, door productivity, and margin performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.
Develop and execute promotional calendars aligned with carrier device launches and upgrade cycles.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Sales Operations to ensure flawless execution and in-stock performance.
Travel regularly to national carrier headquarters (AT&T – Atlanta, Verizon – NJ, T-Mobile – Seattle) and regional carrier meetings.
Success Metrics:
Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets across carrier accounts
Increase attachment rates and accessory penetration within carrier doors
Deliver forecast accuracy and maintain strong in-stock performance
Drive profitable sell-through and improve door productivity
Secure expanded distribution and incremental placement within national and regional carriers
Deliver strong new item performance tied to device launch cycles
Maintain high carrier satisfaction and trusted buyer relationships
Protect gross margin while driving sustainable revenue growth
Requirements:
4–7+ years of experience managing wireless carrier or national retail accounts within consumer electronics or accessories
Proven track record of driving revenue growth within AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or regional carrier environments
Strong understanding of carrier device launch calendars and attachment strategies
Experience working with national buyers and regional field sales organizations
Strong forecasting and analytical skills; comfortable managing sell-through, door counts, and inventory performance
Deep understanding of retail KPIs including attachment rate, sell-through velocity, in-stock %, and promotional lift
Ability to operate independently while driving cross-functional alignment
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel overnight 30%–50% of the time
