Role Description This is a full-time Senior Loan Officer position based in Orlando, FL, with a hybrid work model that allows for partial remote work. The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for managing the loan origination process, analyzing and underwriting loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall goals of Homelendia Mortgage LLC.

Qualifications

Expertise in Loan Origination and experience as a Loan Officer

Strong foundation in Finance and knowledge of underwriting standards

Proven skills in Customer Service to effectively build and maintain client relationships

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Understanding of regulatory compliance in the mortgage industry

Proficiency in relevant mortgage and financial software is a plus

State licensure and/or certifications required for mortgage loan officers
