This is a contract hybrid role for a Senior Loan Officer based in Katy, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Loan Officer will guide clients through the loan application process, provide financial advice, evaluate and process mortgage loan applications, and collaborate with underwriting teams for loan approvals. The role requires strong customer service to build trusted relationships and meet client needs while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company standards. Qualifications

Extensive experience and knowledge in Loan Origination and Underwriting processes Proven expertise in Finance and understanding of mortgage products and financial regulations Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Demonstrated success as a Loan Officer with the ability to evaluate and process mortgage loan applications Effective communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred State-required licensing as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) Familiarity with relevant mortgage software and tools is a plus
