Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities

Make 200+ outbound calls per day

Speak with potential buyers and sellers

Follow proven scripts and sales process

Set qualified appointments for our agents

Manage follow-ups and pipeline in CRM

Track and report activity

Success in this role requires consistency, discipline, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional telephone skills

Sales experience tracking to a quota

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to learn and internalize scripts

Team player

Real estate license preferred
