Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Manage and grow global accounts by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Drive product development initiatives, from conception to launch, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Utilize your expertise in packaging and packaging converting to optimize our processes and products.
Guide patenting processes to protect our innovative products and technologies.
Apply your knowledge of blow molding, plastics, polymers, and resins to enhance our product offerings and market competitiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing our product range and capabilities.
Maintain a deep understanding of the industry, including competitor strategies, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
Proven track record in product development, packaging, and packaging converting.
Extensive knowledge of patenting processes, blow molding, plastics, polymers, and resins.
Experience in managing and growing global accounts.
Strong understanding of chemistry, particularly as it relates to packaging polymers.
Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
