Basic Function To sell The Brothers that just do Gutters services to the public, creating quality products for customers and profit for the company.
Sales and Estimating Responsibilities
Attend all estimates on time.
Price new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with prospects, using The Brothers that just do Gutters production rates.
Return incoming phone calls professionally within 8 business hours.
Provide product differentiation throughout the selling process, helping customers understand exactly what they are paying for and why it is superior.
Effectively sell the company’s services in a competitive atmosphere by understanding and satisfying customer needs.
Keep jobs “happy and under” by visiting each sold job at least once to maintain relationships with customers and crew.
Maintain consistent follow‑up procedures on all open bids, obtaining a “yes” or a “no.”
Strive to target and market the most profitable jobs.
Prioritize work and actions to achieve established sales goals.
Maintain a closing/dollar‐sold percentage of at least 40 %.
Develop a well‑thought‑out prospecting plan that generates leads for the company.
Participate in networking groups to build business relationships and promote the company.
Relentless prospecting: Ask every new client for referrals and gain new business outside the company’s regular marketing efforts.
Maintain an organized workflow and process using the company CRM.
Set and achieve goals for sales volume, closing rates, and gross profits.
Communication
Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel to develop effective methods and systems for growth.
Maintain the company’s reputation of integrity and professionalism by communicating with customers professionally, being punctual, and returning calls promptly.
Ensure all job information (job colors, scopes, scheduling, billing, etc.) is communicated to crew leaders.
Maintain open communication with crew leaders and painters to stay informed about jobs and teams.
Communicate with all employees positively and respectfully.
Other Responsibilities
Demonstrate positive leadership in all actions with employees.
Attend all meetings on time.
Work the necessary hours per week to perform all duties promptly.
Assist in developing and implementing new systems to increase profitability and organization.
Help solve problems and implement solutions.
Participate in planning company growth and development, supporting the mission by following through on initiatives.
