The campaign will rely on short, interactive content that encourages people to react, vote, comment, and share opinions.
The full concept will be shared with the selected intern. For now, we are looking for someone who enjoys building high-engagement social media content quickly and consistently.
This is not a classroom internship.
It is an execution-focused role for someone who already knows how to create and post short-form content.

Creating short video clips for TikTok and Instagram
Posting interactive polls and audience questions
Writing short captions that invite engagement
Repurposing content for LinkedIn in a professional-friendly way
Monitoring comments and identifying engagement opportunities
Creating follow-up posts based on audience responses
Testing different content formats to see what performs best
This role is focused on consistent content output and experimentation.
What We’re Looking For This role requires someone who can hit the ground running.
Ideal candidates will:
Already be comfortable creating short-form video content
Know how to edit quick clips using tools like CapCut, Canva, or native platform editors
Be comfortable writing short captions and poll questions
Enjoy testing ideas and seeing what resonates with audiences
Be proactive and responsive with communication
Be able to work independently without constant direction
You do not
need to be a marketing major if you already create social content regularly.
Hours and Compensation
Approximately 8–10 hours per week
Fully remote
Flexible schedule as long as posting cadence is maintained
What Success Looks Like Within the first month you will help generate:
Consistent weekly posting across platforms
Short-form content that invites audience participation
Audience poll engagement
Comment discussion and responses
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into content quickly and testing what works.
We’ve had too many folks say “yes” before checking with their school—and then have to back out. Please don’t be that person. If you're interested, confirm your eligibility with your career services office before applying. We’re only looking for interns who are ready to do real work, bring real ideas, and be a real team player!
What You'll Gain Beyond the work itself, this internship includes:
Direct access to Nicole Darby, certified career coach with a 94% placement success rate and 4.9-star client rating
A personalized career coaching session to help you build your personal brand, polish your resume, and set yourself up for success before graduation
A professional referral letter you can add to your portfolio immediately
Real-world campaign experience you can speak to confidently in any interview
Most internships give you tasks. This one gives you a head start.
Who Should Apply This opportunity is best suited for:
Students in their final year of college
Individuals who already create social content and want to build campaign experience
How to Apply Send to yourcareercafe@gmail.com:
A short paragraph explaining why this type of social campaign interests you
Links to any TikTok, Instagram, or social content you’ve created
Your availability for the next three months
Important This role is designed for someone who enjoys building and posting content independently, not someone looking for step-by-step training.
If you like testing ideas, posting consistently, and seeing what content gets people talking, this will be a great fit.
