
Outside Sales Manager

A growing, well-established metals company is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive business development and manage key customer relationships across South Florida. This is a high-impact role focused on revenue growth, client retention, and market expansion.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive new business
Build and maintain relationships with fabricators, manufacturers, and industrial clients
Identify customer needs and provide tailored metals solutions (carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, etc.)
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Partner with internal teams (operations, pricing, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery
Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of outside sales experience in metals, steel distribution, or industrial products
Strong understanding of metals products and applications
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to open doors and build long-term client relationships
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong follow-through
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
