Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager specializing in B2C sales. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing client accounts, generating new business leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key tasks include fostering client relationships, ensuring efficient communication, and driving sales growth while representing the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Demonstrated experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
Ability to proactively perform Lead Generation and business development
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
