Our team provides a range of devices and support required to safely care for patients, and we make sure essential equipment is ready and available when it's needed — from the Emergency Room to the Operating Room.
We operate locally — all day and night, nationwide — serving more than 10,000 customers who count on Agiliti to be ready for life‑saving patient care.
The Territory Executive is responsible for driving growth across both new and existing customer accounts within an assigned territory. This role leads strategic planning, deepens customer relationships, and expands the use of Agiliti’s products and services by focusing on the highest‑impact opportunities.

What You Will Do in This Role Understand Agiliti’s strategic position within the healthcare industry and within your territory Communicate clearly and persuasively with customers to support decision‑making Identify, qualify, and close new business while executing a structured territory plan Demonstrate how Equipment Value Management framework enhances equipment workflows, improves quality, reduces operational waste, and elevates patient experiences Prioritize account needs and manage time effectively to grow overall territory performance
What You Will Need for This Role Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in business, sales, or marketing 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales or a related field Experience working in a team‑based selling environment (preferred) Experience or familiarity with the Challenger Sales Methodology (preferred, not required) Previous experience selling services (preferred) Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory Current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a driving record that meets Agiliti safety standards
