A leading HVAC manufacturer representative organisation in the Midwest, specialising in commercial mechanical equipment including air distribution, hydronics, and applied HVAC systems. The business partners with a range of established OEMs to deliver engineered solutions across commercial and industrial markets. Role Overview

This is a consultative, customer-facing sales role focused on developing and managing relationships with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and end users. The position combines technical HVAC expertise with strategic account development, supporting customers through the full sales lifecycle from specification through to project delivery. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and building owners Drive revenue growth through strategic account development and new business activity Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with a focus on long‑term value Ensure pricing, margins, and sales processes are effectively managed Identify customer needs and deliver tailored HVAC solutions Provide technical support including equipment selection and system applications Represent the business at industry events and client meetings Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout project lifecycles Project Coordination

Work closely with internal teams to support project execution Manage quotations, order processing, and project tracking Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and aftersales support Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders Technical Expertise

Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC systems and market trends Support customers with practical, technically sound solutions Stay up to date with new products and industry developments Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical preferred) ~5+ years of experience in commercial/applied HVAC sales Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines Key Skills & Attributes
