Position Overview We’re looking for a highly organized and service-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our wholesale business and deliver a seamless experience for our retail partners. This role manages orders, maintains visibility into inventory and order status, and serves as the internal point of contact for wholesale partners—connecting customers with the appropriate external sales representative while providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for wholesale partners, managing communication, responding to inquiries, and delivering a high level of service

Act as the internal hub for wholesale accounts, connecting customers with the appropriate external sales representative while remaining a reliable resource for ongoing support and coordination

Process and maintain wholesale orders from entry through fulfillment, including order entry, updates, and issue resolution

Maintain visibility into inventory and order status to ensure accurate communication and effective order management

Coordinate with fulfillment and cross-functional teams to track orders, prioritize shipments, and resolve discrepancies or quality concerns, including returns (RTVs)

Partner with external sales representatives to support account needs and ensure alignment across customer communication and order execution

Manage sample inventory and coordinate sample needs for tradeshows, market appointments, and sales requests

Provide operational support across the sales function, including B2B website updates, customer catalog maintenance, and support for Majors and Off-Price accounts

Support trade show preparation and general administrative and reporting needs

Act as a liaison between Sales and IT to support system-related needs and troubleshooting

Potential travel to regional tradeshows if needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Proficiency working in Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
