We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team on-site in Queens Village or North Babylon, NY. The primary responsibilities include managing personal injury cases, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing client documentation, and maintaining clear communication with clients, attorneys, and external parties. Additional duties involve ensuring the efficient handling of case deadlines and administrative tasks related to personal injury litigation. Qualifications

Strong understanding and knowledge of personal injury law and legal principles Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal document review Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, attorneys, and external stakeholders Experience in conducting legal research to support case progress and strategy Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage case deadlines Proficiency with Smart Advocate is a plus Prior experience as a paralegal in personal injury law is highly preferred Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification is required
