Customer Service Representative (Remote CSR) – Hiring
Start Date:
Training is expected to begin on the 1st or 2nd week of April. Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls professionally. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, including but not limited to memberships, invoices, estimates, and service reminders. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain accurate notes and updates in the system. Assist with light administrative tasks when needed. Follow up with customers after visits to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Requirements
Proven experience in both inbound and outbound CSR roles. Highly preferred: Experience using Service Titan or similar service management systems. Strong communication skills and confidence handling phone calls. Fast learner who can quickly adapt to systems and processes. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and organization. Reliable attendance. Stable and fast internet connection with a backup option. Must have no other work commitments that may affect schedule or performance. Available Monday to Friday (weekends if needed). Application Instructions
