Product Marketing Manager

WideOrbit is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager at WideOrbit, you will develop and execute product marketing plans that drive awareness, retention, growth, and optimize a product’s relevancy in the marketplace. This is a highly cross‑functional role that works closely with product, sales, operations, and customer success to develop scalable product marketing programs, supports sales enablement, and delivers measurable impact toward product utilization and revenue growth goals.

The ideal candidate brings experience leading go-to-market initiatives, with a deep understanding of driving product‑led growth. They will develop, deploy, and scale initiatives – continuing to optimize marketing programs and deliverables at scale and enable sales to accelerate their pipeline.

Here’s what success will look like:

Product Positioning

– excel at partnering with product and sales to develop on‑brand and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates WideOrbit solutions in the market. A technical marketer who can translate complex processes and software concepts into compelling stories that drive demand, engagement, and adoption.

Sales Enablement

– collaborate with product teams to maintain a pulse on product development roadmaps and ensure sales is educated on new features and enabled to sell. Ensure sales have relevant and compelling marketing materials they need to move prospects through the funnel, including presentations, collateral, and proposal materials.

“Voice of the Customer”

– develop product marketing programs with our clients and end users in mind, understanding their customer journey and experience with WideOrbit solutions.

Strategic Content

– develop strategic content including presentations, case studies, client testimonials, whitepapers, emails, how‑to guides, product videos, and other marketing channel materials that help drive awareness, education, and adoption of WideOrbit products.

Communication

– evangelize the value propositions and proof points of WideOrbit solutions and develop communication plans targeted at both our client base and internal stakeholders for GTM success.

Market Research

– conduct research and have a consistent pulse on the industry and competitive landscape. Leverage knowledge and data to reinforce the WideOrbit value proposition and differentiation.

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:

BA/BS in Marketing or related field.

5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B marketing ideally in enterprise software, ad tech or media industry.

Experience managing and contributing to go‑to‑market process development and optimization.

Strong understanding and demonstrated experience of product marketing principles and best practices – demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful product marketing strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and concise messaging.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.

Experience with account‑based marketing tactics and best practices.

Collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions and levels, experience working with remote, cross‑functional, and executive teams.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively, experience utilizing project management software.

Proficient in market research and competitive analysis.

Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Location:

This position can be based in any of our offices with a preference for the Tri‑State Area. Remote/Telecommute will also be considered with occasional travel per business needs.

Pay Range:

$100,000 – $130,000 + Variable Bonus

Various factors are considered to determine compensation ranges including market data, location, experience, qualifications, and skills. WideOrbit reserves the right to pay more or less than the salary and benefit information posted.
