CENCO Claims is growing its field presence and is seeking a Residential Property Claims Adjuster to support assignments in Marietta, GA and surrounding North Atlanta communities.

As spring storms bring increased wind, hail, and heavy rain across the region, this role offers a steady pipeline of residential claims, flexible scheduling, and reliable support from a highly experienced claims team.

Position Overview

Perform on-site inspections of residential properties following spring weather events

Determine scope and cause of loss, including wind, hail, and water-related damages

Create precise repair estimates using Xactimate

Capture detailed photo documentation and clear written reports

Communicate effectively with homeowners, carriers, and contractors throughout the claim process

Submit complete, organized files in accordance with carrier guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Xactimate estimating

Understanding of residential construction and common storm-related damage

Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Active Georgia adjuster license or designated home state license
