CRM & Lifecycle Specialist

Super Star Car Wash is building a best-in-class lifecycle marketing engine—and we’re looking for a hands-on CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help us get there. In this role, you’ll own the execution of our email and SMS programs with a strong focus on Attentive. You’ll build journeys, deploy campaigns, optimize performance, and turn customer behavior into actionable insights that drive retention and revenue.
The ideal candidate will be based in Phoenix and work a hybrid schedule OR based in a home office with a remote schedule in one of our other markets in California, Colorado or Texas.
What You’ll Do
Execute email & SMS lifecycle programs across welcome, activation, upsell, retention, and win‑back.
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns, segments, journeys, and targeting within Attentive.
Manage lifecycle promotions including coupon execution, testing, and Attentive Wallet.
Monitor performance dashboards and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
Run A/B tests across messaging, timing, segmentation, and offers.
Partner with Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Paid Media to align messaging and customer journeys.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on lifecycle best practices and CRM platform capabilities.
What You Bring
3+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
(B2C preferred)
Hands‑on experience with Attentive, Klayvio or Braze required.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho a plus.
Proven experience building campaigns and automated journeys (not just managing agencies)
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions
Detail‑oriented, organized, and excited to iterate and optimize

Salary range $70,000–$85,000 per year
