Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated
Investor Marketing and Pipeline Manager
to lead and execute targeted marketing strategies designed to increase top‑of‑funnel growth, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified investor opportunities, increase lead generation volume and investor meeting activity. This is a hands‑on, creative, and data‑driven role, ideal for someone with experience in private equity marketing, particularly under a 506(c) offering, and a working knowledge of marketing to accredited investors.
Key Responsibilities
Generating investor leads
Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Plan, develop, and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive inbound investor interest.
Driving investor engagement and meeting volume
Key Tasks
Create investor‑facing materials including newsletters, pitch decks, landing pages, and educational articles using existing templates.
Create and distribute LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, investor updates
Manage GoHighLevel CRM, track investor pipeline, ensure timely follow‑ups and maintain data integrity
Schedule and coordinate investor webinars and events in collaboration with the Managing Partners.
Ensure brand consistency across all investor communications by following established brand guidelines.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs including lead volume, email performance, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics.
Prepare reports for investor relations with updates on Fund progress, project updates, and status.
This is a high‑impact, performance‑driven role directly tied to capital raising success.
Required Skills & Tools
Experience with CRM Platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
Build and Optimize landing pages and automation workflows
Strong LinkedIn outreach and social selling experience
Content creation (email, LinkedIn, marketing copy)
Highly organized and process‑driven
Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
LinkedIn (organic and paid strategies)
Canva (content creation with brand templates)
Bluebeam (document markup)
Strong written communication and content creation ability
Understanding of investor funnel mechanics and nurturing strategies
Basic IT skills, including domain management, phone systems, and system management.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience marketing a 506(c) private offering
Familiarity with real estate development and investment terminology
Track record of marketing to accredited investors, RIAs, family offices, or HNWIs
Background in private equity, financial services, or investor relations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Investor lead volume generated per month
Number of investor meetings scheduled per week
Email open and click‑through rates
Conversion rate from landing pages and webinars
Growth in CRM pipeline of qualified accredited investors
Compensation Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience
