Flournoy Health Systems is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented

Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

to lead the development, execution, and optimization of email and lifecycle campaigns across a portfolio of homecare brands. This role will play a critical part in enhancing lead nurturing, caregiver engagement, and improving conversion at every stage of the customer journey.

This role is

remote, in Georgia , and will require some travel.

You will work cross-functionally with creative, content, paid media, and operations teams to translate insights into impactful, performance-driven campaigns. Your focus will include building, automating, and optimizing workflows, lead scoring, email and SMS flows, nurture sequences, and personalized messaging that fuel strategic growth and long-term customer loyalty. In order to be successful in this role you must have

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive email and lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple brands and audiences.

Build segmented journeys, nurture campaigns, and trigger-based flows tailored to lead, prospects, referral sources, clients and caregivers.

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Advertising & Paid Media Manager to align lifecycle initiatives with quarterly marketing goals and broader business objectives.

Execution & Campaign Management

Create and deploy email and sms campaigns (promotional, transactional and re-engagement using Hubspot.

Work with the design and content team to ensure on-brand, high-performing email creatives.

Partner with intake, sales, and people and culture teams to ensure aligned communication across touchpoints.

Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Ensure email programs adhere to HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance where applicable.

Maintain email health through proper list hygiene, opt-in practices, and deliverability monitoring.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, preferably in service-based multiproduct, multilocation business.

Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Hands-on experience managing segmentation, journey building, and automation flows and sequences.

Solid knowledge of email analytics and performance reporting.

Basic HTML/CSS and email template editing experience is a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong written communication skills and a passion for improving client experience.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
