Position Summary
At HLK, a premier, full-service St. Louis marketing and advertising agency, we’re seeking an Associate CX Manager to support the development of communications and activation plans, leaning into audience insights and channel planning to achieve client marketing goals. In this role, you’ll work closely with a Senior CX Strategist who will train you to use your natural curiosity in constructing the go-to-market framework for paid, earned, and owned channels while collaborating with cross‑functional brand, creative, and operations subject matter experts. You’ll assist in building campaign plans, applying performance to testing scenarios, and gathering insights that achieve real results.
Responsibilities
Transform brand planning and client business insights into tangible audience and content targeting goals for media investment and owned/earned construction.
Develop the channel strategy for budget investment and client effort across all paid media channels (digital and traditional) and owned/earned opportunities.
Create campaign artifacts: briefs, presentations, and analyses rich with best practices.
Work closely with the paid media team to understand the weekly reporting results and how to apply insights to future campaigns.
Propose creative and paid media testing scenarios that bring forth message, audience, and channel insights.
Communicate clearly and confidently about your work with your peers, your teammates, company executives, and clients.
