Salesforce CRM administration including data management, reporting, and security model
Oracle CPQ configuration and quote-to-order processes
Data migration activities
Audit and compliance checks
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Expertise working in Salesforce and CPQ environments
Familiarity with Lead-to-Order (L2O) processes and global deployments
Exposure to integration tools and reporting tools
Required Certifications
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Recommended additional certs:
Salesforce Advanced Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
