Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will serve as a CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), lead enterprise-level workshops, manage complex ERP dependencies, and drive strategic Salesforce initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Analysis
Lead enterprise workshops and discovery sessions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mapping documents
Drive end-to-end solution lifecycle from requirement to deployment
Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM SME)
Act as Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce Sales Cloud
Design and optimize lead management, opportunity lifecycle, forecasting, territory management, and reporting
Define automation strategies using workflows, flows, and validation rules
Improve pipeline visibility and sales performance analytics
Marketing Cloud Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing teams on campaign management and customer journey mapping
Integrate CRM data with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing processes
Support segmentation, automation, and campaign performance tracking
ERP & System Integrations
Identify and manage ERP system dependencies
Collaborate with technical teams for Salesforce–ERP integrations
Define data synchronization and governance strategies
Support API, middleware, and integration architecture discussions
Stakeholder & Leadership Management
Act as liaison between executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
Provide strategic solution recommendations
Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments
Mentor junior analysts and support team members
Testing & Deployment
Lead UAT planning and execution
Define test strategies and validation scenarios
Support release management and post-go-live optimization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce Business Analysis
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM ecosystem
Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Experience managing enterprise-level CRM transformations
Strong knowledge of ERP integrations and data migration strategies
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst)
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
Knowledge of reporting tools and analytics platforms
