Business Development Manager (x2) – EV Charging Solutions
An established and fast-growing organisation within the electric vehicle charging sector is seeking two Business Development Managers to drive growth across Germany, with roles based in Frankfurt and Munich.
The company specialises in delivering innovative EV charging solutions tailored to the real estate sector, supporting property managers and freeholders with seamless, future-proof infrastructure. Their model simplifies the deployment and management of charging solutions, enabling tenants to access EV charging directly at their designated parking spaces.
The Role
Drive new business opportunities and expand market presence within the real estate sector
Promote tailored EV charging solutions that align with client needs
Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience selling into property managers and/or freeholder groups
Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a business development or sales role
Open to candidates from relevant sectors such as EV charging, BESS, elevators, heating, or cooling systems
Strong commercial mindset and ability to build long‑term client relationships
