Breezy Hill Marketing (BHM) is seeking an experienced freelance contractor to provide direct, hands‑on management of paid media and email marketing for an e‑commerce client in the endurance sports nutrition space. The client operates on WooCommerce with Klaviyo and has active Google Ads (including Performance Max) and Meta Ads accounts.

BHM will manage the client relationship, strategy direction, and reporting framework. The contractor will be responsible for day‑to‑day execution, optimization, and platform management. This is a recurring monthly engagement with the expectation of a minimum 3‑month commitment.

Scope of Work Google Ads

Campaign strategy and ongoing optimization across Search and Performance Max (PMax)

PMax asset group management and product feed monitoring

Audience targeting and bidding strategy

ROAS‑focused performance management (target: 7x; floor: 5x)

Meta Ads

Campaign setup, creative deployment, and ongoing optimization

Audience management including retargeting, lookalikes, and interest‑based targeting

Budget pacing and spend management across campaigns

Broadcast email execution — approximately 4 sends per month

List management, segmentation, and suppression maintenance

Template formatting and layout (creative assets supplied by client)

Flow monitoring and performance optimization (abandoned cart, welcome series, post‑purchase)

Monthly performance reporting

Monthly Deliverables Summary Google Ads: Strategy, PMax, Search optimization (9–13 hrs)

Meta Ads: Campaign setup, creative deployment, ongoing optimization (6–8 hrs)

Meta Ads: Flow monitoring and performance optimization (abandoned cart, welcome series, post‑purchase) (11–17 hrs)

Total: 26–38 hrs/mo

Required Qualifications Platform Experience

Minimum 3 years managing Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max

Minimum 3 years managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for e‑commerce brands

Proficiency in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and broadcast campaigns

Experience managing Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization

Domain Knowledge

Demonstrated experience with direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) e‑commerce brands

Working knowledge of ROAS‑based performance management and attribution

Familiarity with WooCommerce and Meta Pixel / Google Tag implementation

Experience with Klaviyo‑WooCommerce integration preferred

Communication & Availability

Fluent English speaker — written and verbal communication required

Located in or within one hour of Eastern Standard Time (EST/EDT)

Available for weekly or bi‑weekly check‑in calls during US business hours

Responsive via email within one business day

Compensation BHM engages contractors on a monthly retainer basis. Rate is negotiable based on experience and will be discussed with qualified candidates. Please include your hourly rate or preferred monthly rate in your response.
