Description
Study project objectives by gathering business and functional requirements, and evaluating output requirements/formats, translating business requirements into functional specification for technical development
Design new systems/processes by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
Proactively facilitate, communicate and drive alignments on multiple technical delivery teams on project goals to deliver excellent project under right scope expectation with effective solution implementation.
Liaise technical and business requirements from multi-location teams.
Responsible for working with source team to conduct data quality analysis on data of local affiliate consumer related data and work with affiliate business team and technical team to address and resolve data quality issue.
Be capable of ensuring that the requests uphold the integrity of the system, comply with information security and IT standards.
Responsible for testing and quality assurance, prepares test scripts for required features in solutions, supports system integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Drive and work with Technical teams (internal teams and external vendors) to coordinate end‑to‑end testing and performance testing.
Provide hyper care support, prepare necessary training document for transition for ongoing support for solution sustainability.
Ensure proper documentation and scope changes communications.
Monitor project progress by tracking activities, identifying risk areas, and executing corrective actions.
Manage project changes with appropriate escalation and mitigation.
Coordinate project handover activities, from project team to application support teams.
Become subject matter expert across Consumer Data Platform and related CRM Applications and work with support team for ongoing troubleshooting or enhancements.
Qualifications
Experience in system functional analyst and testing role in consumer data management system
Practical Experiences in following implementation is a Plus: Consumer Data Integration from multiple sources: Retail (POS) and Online (brand.com , 3rd party like Tmall, WeChat, etc., Social)
CRM applications like Consumer Analytics, Campaign Marketing Automation, Clienteling, Loyalty, Web App
Technical implementation and testing experience in: Solid SQL Skills, XML/JSON Skills
Enterprise‑wide Integration tool Implementation/testing
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and product lifecycle using Agile projects a definite plus
Cloud and open source technology implementation including Kafka, Spark, AKS MicroServices, BlogStorage a plus
Team Player, Can‑Do attitude, solid problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities working in complex, multi‑location teams and environments
Good understanding of project management life cycle
Familiarity with technical development and understanding of solution architecture
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to identify and prioritize tasks

Pay Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is
$76,250.00
to
$107,250.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
