The Senior Change Management Strategist - FILLIP Enterprise Fluency & Adoption is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies and adoption programs to drive enterprise-wide utilization of FILLIP (FINRA Large Language Integrated Platform). This role focuses on moving FILLIP from awareness to active, daily use by creating fluency resources, integration tools, and adoption campaigns that help staff understand how to incorporate FILLIP into their existing workflows. The change strategist will work closely with the Change Management Office, Technical L&D Program Manager, and Instructional Designers to ensure learning solutions translate FILLIP capabilities into practical, role‑specific applications.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive change management and adoption strategy for FILLIP, including readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, phased adoption approach (awareness, knowledge, confidence, daily usage), and adoption milestones with tracking mechanisms
Partner with the L&D Program Manager and ISDs to design resources that demonstrate practical application across different business functions and roles to include workflows, job aids, and scenario‑based examples
Create FILLIP launch and adoption communications strategy, including awareness campaigns, success stories, and regular engagement touchpoints; develop messaging that addresses common concerns and emphasizes value and productivity gains
Identify and mobilize FILLIP champions across business units; develop toolkits for managers and team leaders to encourage adoption within their teams
Work with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify high‑impact use cases where FILLIP delivers immediate value and develop workflows showing how FILLIP integrates into existing processes
Partner with L&D Program Manager and ISDs to translate FILLIP capabilities into engaging learning experiences; ensure learning content includes hands‑on practice, real‑world applications, and confidence‑building exercises
Conduct ongoing pulse checks, surveys, and listening sessions to identify adoption barriers; develop targeted interventions to address concerns related to accuracy, responsible use, integration, or access
Define adoption metrics and KPIs (utilization rates, user confidence, frequency of use, business impact); monitor adoption progress across business units and provide regular reporting with recommendations for program adjustment
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic communications roles
Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing large‑scale organizational change initiatives, particularly technology or process transformations
Experience developing change strategies for emerging technology adoption (AI, machine learning, automation) is preferred
Excellent skills in developing change narratives, messaging frameworks, and stakeholder engagement strategies
Strong interpersonal skills; exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Self‑motivated; highly driven to produce results in changing environments
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and organizational dynamics
