The Senior Change Management Strategist – GenAI Leadership & Enterprise Integration is responsible for developing and executing enterprise‑wide change management and strategic communications strategies to drive adoption of generative AI across leadership and workforce populations.

This role takes a holistic view of GenAI fluency initiatives, aligning leadership development, data governance awareness, and enterprise learning programs. The strategist will partner closely with change management, learning and development, and cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive messaging that drives adoption, builds confidence, and enables sustained cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication roadmaps supporting GenAI leadership programs and enterprise learning pathways across multiple audience segments (executives, enterprise staff, domain‑specific roles, and technical teams)

Design and lead communication campaigns that shift organizational mindsets, build trust, and drive adoption of GenAI tools and practices

Create messaging frameworks that translate complex GenAI concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences, including senior leaders and non‑technical stakeholders

Serve as a strategic lead coordinating GenAI fluency initiatives across key focus areas, including leadership development, enterprise enablement, domain‑specific expertise, and technical capabilities

Partner with senior stakeholders and external partners to design targeted change strategies for executive and people leader audiences

Develop and execute engagement strategies across pre‑program, in‑program, and post‑program phases to maximize adoption, retention, and behavioral change

Identify and activate change champions across business units; develop toolkits, messaging guides, and resources to enable leaders to drive adoption within their teams

Collaborate with learning and development teams to ensure training content aligns with and reinforces change strategy and messaging

Define and track adoption metrics, stakeholder sentiment, and change readiness; adjust strategies based on feedback and evolving organizational needs

Manage change network activation and proactively identify and mitigate barriers to adoption

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

8+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic communications

Proven experience leading large‑scale organizational change initiatives, particularly related to technology or process transformation

Experience supporting adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, automation) strongly preferred

Strong expertise in developing change narratives, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement plans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders

Highly self‑motivated with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast‑paced environments

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies based on data and feedback

Work Environment

Operates within a distributed, hybrid workforce across multiple time zones

Requires work across both Mac and PC environments and standard enterprise collaboration tools
