Overview The

Influencer / Creator Manager

is a high-impact,

full-cycle growth role

focused on

creator acquisition, onboarding, and retention

within an emerging platform at the intersection of the

creator economy and talent discovery .

This position blends

growth strategy, relationship management, and sales execution , identifying high-potential creators, converting them into long‑term partners, and ensuring they remain active and profitable. You will help define and scale a new category within the creator ecosystem while building the foundation for a high-performing creator community and scalable growth engine.

Type: Direct hire, light hybrid NYC

Schedule: Regular day hours

Pay: $40 - $45/hr, full time Conversion $80,000 - $90,000

Equity: Yes, discuss with hiring manager

Success in this role is measured by

revenue growth, creator / influencer sign‑ups, activation rates, and retention performance . Over time, this position evolves into building and leading a team focused on creator acquisition and success.

2+ years of experience

in

Creator Relations, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Platforms, or Community Growth

Must have direct experience with platforms such as

ShopMy, LTK, creator talent agencies, or affiliate networks

Deep understanding of

social media algorithms

and creator monetization models across

TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Proven ability to execute

outreach campaigns, demand generation, and partnership development

Proficiency with

CRM systems, email automation platforms

(e.g., Instantly, ManyChats), and social listening tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft high-converting outreach

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity

Data-driven mindset

with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into action

Entrepreneurial and self-directed , thriving in a fast-paced startup environment

Lead

strategic influencer acquisition initiatives , including outbound outreach, social scouting, and partnership campaigns at scale

Build and manage

relationship frameworks and ROI tracking systems

to measure acquisition effectiveness

Execute

email demand generation campaigns

and multi-channel outreach strategies

Identify and recruit aligned influencers across key social platforms

Clearly articulate the affiliate value proposition and address objections related to compensation models and platform setup

Guide influencers

through a structured

30-day onboarding journey , ensuring activation and early success

Provide high-touch support for priority accounts to maximize earnings and engagement

Monitor influencer performance data to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risk

Conduct proactive check-ins and deliver optimization recommendations

Serve as the internal advocate for influencers, relaying insights to product and leadership teams

Develop scalable systems that support long-term growth, retention, and revenue expansion
