About The Role We are partnering with a well-established General Contractor in South Florida seeking a
Lead Superintendent
to oversee complex
mid- and high‑rise ground‑up projects
in the North Miami area. This role is ideal for a senior field leader with strong ground‑up expertise who can take full ownership of site operations, scheduling, safety, and execution from mobilization through turnover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all on‑site construction activities for mid‑ and high‑rise projects
Oversee concrete structures, vertical construction, and sequencing
Direct and coordinate all subcontractors, field staff, and self‑performed work
Maintain full responsibility for schedule adherence, quality control, and safety
Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for ownership, inspectors, and consultants
Conduct daily site meetings, short‑interval planning, and look‑ahead scheduling
Ensure compliance with all OSHA, safety, and company standards
Proactively identify and resolve constructability, sequencing, and manpower challenges
Support punch‑list completion, inspections, and project close‑out
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
Proven experience leading mid‑and high‑rise ground‑up projects
Ability to manage large field teams and multiple subcontractors
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Proficient with construction scheduling and reporting tools (Procore, P6, etc.)
Stable employment history with reputable General Contractors preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $160,000 – $190,000 (depending on experience)
