About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Functional Consultants
to join our team supporting Community College projects. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements
Support implementation and configuration of systems as per client needs
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
Participate in testing, validation, and user training
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance ,
Business Management , or
Economics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of business processes
Strong attention to detail
Team player with a proactive mindset
Training and professional development opportunities
Work Authorization
Open to candidates authorized to work in the United States
