What You’ll Do
Oversee and manage all loan servicing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain procedures, workflows, and production schedules
Ensure full compliance with bank policies and federal/state regulations
Prepare and manage department reporting and support internal and external audits
Lead, coach, and develop loan servicing staff through clear expectations and accountability
Coordinate servicing activities with core system and data service providers
Partner cross‑functionally with lending, retail, and other bank departments
Contribute to policy development, budgeting, and strategic planning
Resolve complex operational and personnel matters with sound judgment and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in a lending or loan servicing environment
Proven leadership or management experience within loan servicing or loan operations
Strong knowledge of loan documentation, servicing workflows, and compliance
Experience supporting regulatory exams and audits
Ability to build structure, enforce standards, and improve processes
Strong communication skills and comfort working across departments
Jack Henry core experience is a plus, but not required
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; detail‑oriented and highly organized
