On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 base ($125K OTE With Uncapped Commission)

Position Summary We’re seeking a driven, self-motivated B2B Inside Sales Account Executive to drive sales growth through high-volume activity, exceptional responsiveness, and consultative selling. This role requires a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and a relentless focus on closing business while building lasting client relationships. This role focuses on consultative selling to small business owners through a structured outbound and inbound sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively hunt for new business through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach
Handle inbound leads and customer requests with urgency and professionalism
Maintain a high level of daily outbound (150+ calls per day)
Manage opportunities from initial contact through close
Consistently follow up to close open opportunities and move deals forward
Build long-term relationships with existing clients
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting data
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain consistent daily sales activity and fast response times
Demonstrate strong attention to detail from qualification through closing
Contribute positively to team effectiveness and collaborative performance
