Location: Tyler, TX (Onsite only) Firm: The Legacy Lawyers, P.C. About the Role We are seeking a

Social Media Content Coordinator

to support our marketing, recruiting, and client engagement efforts across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing campaigns, engaging with audiences, and supporting cross-functional teams.

You will play a key role in managing our firm’s digital presence, ensuring timely and consistent communication with prospective clients and candidates, and helping drive both business growth and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media campaigns across

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the firm’s website

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with firm branding and messaging

Monitor and respond to inbound messages, comments, and inquiries from both

prospective clients and job candidates

Route qualified leads to the appropriate department (legal intake, recruiting, etc.) for follow-up

Collaborate with marketing and recruiting teams to support ongoing campaigns and hiring initiatives

Track and report engagement metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Assist with employer branding efforts

Ensure all messaging reflects the firm’s values and maintains a professional, consistent voice

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of marketing experience , with a strong focus on digital and social media

Hands-on experience managing Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) , including campaigns and engagement

Experience with LinkedIn marketing and professional brand development

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Comfortable communicating with both clients and job candidates in a professional manner

Experience in a professional services environment (legal, medical, etc.) is a plus

Preferred Skills

Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

Basic understanding of paid ads and campaign optimization

Familiarity with website content updates (WordPress or similar platforms)

Experience supporting recruiting or employer branding initiatives

Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (engagement, conversions, lead flow, etc.)

Experience creating and presenting marketing reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
