Assistant Golf Professional
to join our growing golf operation.
Bay Creek
is a private resort club with nearly
700 members , and more than
70% of the membership uses Bay Creek as a second home or vacation property.
The club operates year‑round, with primary activity occurring over approximately
nine active months , and strong member usage on
weekends and holidays.
Bay Creek is currently experiencing significant growth. A new ownership group acquired the club in July 2025 and is making substantial capital investments to enhance and expand club amenities. The future of Bay Creek is extremely bright, with multiple projects planned over the coming years.

We operate with a
small but highly skilled staff , and we are seeking a golf professional who will thrive in a collaborative and team‑oriented environment.
Position Overview This position will include a
balanced combination of instruction and daily golf operations.
This position will provide
significant teaching and coaching opportunities , with expected lesson revenue of approximately
$10,000-$15,000 annually , with potential for growth as the Toptracer facility becomes fully operational.
All members of our golf staff are encouraged to
collaborate on ideas and contribute to the operation.

Compensation This is an
hourly position
with compensation based on experience and instructional ability.
Hourly Rate:
$24-$29 per hour
Estimated Total Compensation:
$60,000-$75,000 annually (including lesson revenue)
