Located in Delray Beach, Florida, Addison Reserve recently completed a major golf course redesign led by renowned architect Rees Jones, transforming our three nine-hole courses into a dynamic championship golf experience. The project received Honorable Mention in Golf Digest’s Best Golf Course Renovation, reinforcing the club’s commitment to delivering world-class golf conditions. The momentum continues. Upcoming capital investments include the renovation and expansion of our Agronomy Operations Center and the development of a state-of-the-art golf performance center and practice facility. The Golf Operation Addison Reserve features 27 holes of championship golf, designed to deliver variety, strategy, and exceptional conditioning for members and guests. About Our Agronomy Team The Addison Reserve agronomy department operates with a culture built on professional development, teamwork, and pride in the craft of golf course management. The team is responsible for maintaining championship-level conditions across all playing surfaces while supporting the broader club experience for members and guests. Our department benefits from strong leadership support and continued investment in infrastructure, equipment, and facilities — including the upcoming Agronomy Operations Center renovation. Position Overview The Golf Course Superintendent works closely with the Director of Agronomy to help lead daily golf course maintenance operations and support the execution of agronomic programs across the property. This role will play an important part in maintaining the elite standards of conditioning expected at Addison Reserve. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in planning and executing agronomic programs across all playing surfaces
Supervising daily maintenance operations and coordinating staff assignments
Implementing fertility, cultural, and pest management programs
Monitoring irrigation systems and assisting with water management strategies
Ensuring consistent quality standards across the property
Training, mentoring, and developing team members
Maintaining accurate records of agronomic practices and applications

Qualifications
Degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field preferred
Previous golf course maintenance leadership experience required
Florida pesticide license or ability to obtain
Valid driver’s license
