About Our Agronomy Team The Addison Reserve agronomy department operates with a culture built on

Position Overview The Golf Course Superintendent works closely with the
Director of Agronomy
to help lead daily golf course maintenance operations and support the execution of agronomic programs across the property.
This role will play an important part in maintaining the elite standards of conditioning expected at Addison Reserve.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in planning and executing agronomic programs across all playing surfaces
Supervising daily maintenance operations and coordinating staff assignments
Implementing fertility, cultural, and pest management programs
Monitoring irrigation systems and assisting with water management strategies
Ensuring consistent quality standards across the property
Training, mentoring, and developing team members
Maintaining accurate records of agronomic practices and applications
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will bring:
A passion for the golf course management profession
Strong leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and pride in producing elite playing conditions
A collaborative and team‑oriented mindset
The ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment
This position is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to

Qualifications
Degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field preferred
Previous golf course maintenance leadership experience required
Florida pesticide license or ability to obtain
Valid driver’s license
Working knowledge or experience with Toro Two‑wire irrigaiton systems preferred
