Job Description Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for partnering on the strategy, development and execution of Marketing strategies for the Americas. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing efforts, creative strategy, and creating, designing and developing the necessary marketing materials. This position is part of the Americas Marketing team and collaborates with regional and corporate Marketing teams to execute the strategic vision of special projects and as requested by fee‑earners and broader Service Delivery teams. The Senior Marketing Specialist is ultimately accountable for providing an exceptional level of marketing support and expertise.
Job Title Senior Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
Work on the strategy and execution of critical marketing initiatives for Americas service lines and product types.
Manage proactive marketing initiatives and creative strategy, and create and develop materials as needed.
Collaborate with the Global Marketing & Research organization to develop a robust marketing strategy that connects with clients and prospects, drives revenue and increases brand awareness.
Partner with business leadership to understand business objectives and align the marketing plan to these initiatives.
Collaborate with other service line marcom professionals to share best practices, key insights, competitive intelligence, and coordinate overall talent management.
Serve as a thought leader by developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the business, including key trends, client needs & wants, competitive analysis, future threats, and opportunities.
Optimize the impact of marketing spend, ensuring achievement of financial and other targets using a robust set of key performance indicators.
Provide oversight and direction, ensuring global standards are applied and brand positioning is supported for all marcom activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing & Communications preferred).
3‑5 years of marketing and/or communications experience preferred.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Ability to interface and communicate with internal clients.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conceptual skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
Marketing and communications experience within the Commercial Real Estate industry would be ideal; interest is a must.
Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervision.

Compensation
Compensation will vary based on collective bargaining, geographic area, market pay rates, and candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Salary range: $78,200.00 – $92,000.00.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
