Your Role: HVAC Supervisor We're seeking an experienced
HVAC Supervisor
to lead and support our residential HVAC team. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship across both
installation and service operations , while developing technicians and maintaining operational excellence.
This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who can lead from the field, solve complex issues, and elevate team performance.
What You'll Do
Supervise and support HVAC technicians in both install and service work
Provide hands‑on technical guidance in the field
Troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues (equipment, airflow, ductwork)
Perform ride‑alongs, field audits, and jobsite inspectionsTrain and mentor technicians on best practices, safety, and quality standards
Ensure all work meets mechanical codes, safety standards, and company expectations
Partner with dispatch, operations, and leadership to ensure job readiness and efficiency
Help reduce callbacks through strong quality control and coaching
Support team performance, accountability, and development
What You Bring
Strong residential HVAC experience (installation and/or service)
Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, airflow, and ductwork
Leadership experience (supervising, training, or mentoring technicians)
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lead by example in the field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using field service software (ServiceTitan or similar preferred)
Requirements
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
HVAC experience in residential settings
