Customer Service & Sales Support Representative
to drive revenue growth while delivering excellent customer service. This role combines inside sales, customer support, and technical coordination, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities and expanding customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on quotes, re‑engage customers, and generate new business
Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
Upsell, cross‑sell, and promote new products and solutions
Follow up on open quotes, past customers, and leads to drive revenue
Customer Service
Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries (product, orders, technical info)
Provide timely, professional support via phone and email
Resolve issues while maintaining a positive customer experience
Process orders from quote to delivery accurately
Track orders, inventory, and shipments; communicate updates
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and engineering teams
Technical & Product Support
Assist with product selection, specifications, and documentation
Support basic technical inquiries and application needs
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users
Maintain CRM data and support account growth
Qualifications
2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or sales support
Industrial/manufacturing experience preferred
Strong communication and sales‑oriented mindset
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
Organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range:
Up to $50,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
