Create and manage sales quotes accurately using the Genesis system. Respond to incoming calls promptly, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely and precise processing of sales orders. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while working in a fast-moving environment. Follow up on past and current quotes to support sales efforts without engaging in cold calling. Offer detailed and attentive customer support to ensure client needs are fully understood and addressed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all aspects of sales administration. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or similar roles. Proficiency in inside sales, direct sales, and outbound sales processes. Strong skills in managing inbound sales inquiries and customer relations. Ability to handle multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Familiarity with sales systems and tools, such as Genesis, is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
