Role Description The Member Engagement Specialist Full-Time Lead will play a key role in ensuring exceptional member experiences and fostering strong relationships within the community. Responsibilities include overseeing member engagement initiatives, delivering excellent customer service, managing membership services, and implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention. Additional duties include supervising member services staff, coordinating activities, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oshkosh, WI.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with members and staff

Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Leadership and supervisory experience, including the ability to motivate and manage a team

Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Proficiency in administrative and office tasks, such as handling member records and reporting

Experience with or willingness to learn member management systems and related software

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Passion for promoting health and wellness within the community
