Job Title: Digital Content Management Specialist (CMS)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay rate:- $30/hr
Role Focus-
Website content execution
(not creation)
Build website content pages in CMS
Edit and publish pages using existing components/templates
Work with internal clients to:
Use proper brand voice
Handle multiple projects and deadlines
Key Responsibilities-
Manage business content:
Products and services
Market-type content
Billing, payment, and transactional info for business customers
Work independently with own projects, clients, and objectives
Collaborate with team in shared CMS environment
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (once every 5 weeks):
Support during storms or reputationally critical events
May require work outside normal business hours
Required Skills & Background-
2–5 years of hands‑on CMS/content management experience (more ok)
Must have direct experience building/editing/publishing pages (not just directing)
Strong CMS expertise with enterprise-level platforms:
Sitecore (preferred)
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Contentful
Drupal or similar
Experience with large, complex enterprise websites
Knowledge of-
Digital agency experience acceptable if hands‑on execution
Industry background not required (team includes financial services & insurance)
