In this job as an electrical engineer for the Autonomous Maritime Platforms, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the design and development of advanced autonomous sub‑sea systems. We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our mission of delivering cutting‑edge solutions to valued customers.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the full lifecycle engineering of AUV’s from design to production manufacturing
Create PCB Layouts for autonomous underwater vehicles
Use electrical engineering computer‑aided CAD tools and mixed signal circuit analysis/design
Test, troubleshoot, and read circuit card schematics
Drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
Contribute to R&D concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing
Qualifications
U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Department of Defense Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM and 5+ years of job‑related experience, or Master’s degree and 3+ years of job‑related experience
Must be proficient in Altium Designer
Must be proficient in PCB Layout
Circuit Design experience is nice to have
