Requirements Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
Maintain knowledge of inventory and automotive trends
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
Provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles
