Compensation And Hours
$15.00 per hour + commission
Flexible hours available (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
40‑hour work schedule
Bi‑lingual is a plus but not required

Provide customer assistance via phone, email, and chat
Convert customer inquiries into appointments
Maintain knowledge of inventory and services
Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships
Document customer interactions in CRM
Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (not required)
Customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in computer systems and software
Motivated team player in fast‑paced environment
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
