What This Opportunity Is

– As a Manager In Training you will work in a hybrid role as a Sales Associate while participating in a structured training program designed to prepare you for a future management position. You’ll learn the sales process, company policies and processes, and leadership skills from experienced managers. You will learn the Showroom Manager role through on-the-job training to prepare for future opportunities to manage a team of associates in the showroom. The primary function of the Showroom Manager is to increase showroom sales, customer satisfaction, and associate satisfaction while reducing unnecessary expenses through strategic initiatives and effective daily management. CITY Furniture sales associates are entrepreneurs who build their own success with support from market resources. Compensation:

Uncapped earning potential through commissions + $30/hour when scheduled for manager on-the-job training. When promoted to Showroom Manager, compensation moves to salary, plus bonus and averages $75,000 per year. Final offers are based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related factors. What You’ll Do

your primary responsibilities will be to: Learn the Showroom Manager role with daily showroom management tasks, customer service, and driving sales Conduct training sessions with associates and communicate new initiatives/changes Learn showroom inventory counts and how to manage a team Shadow experienced managers and contribute to team meetings Learn and practice Showroom Manager responsibilities and leadership As a

Sales Associate , you will: Help guests design a home they’ll love Engage and present various home furnishings and service options Navigate large showrooms and be on your feet 8 hours a day Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process Assist guests in finding the best financing options Convert interactions into sales; create invoices and schedule deliveries Prospect and manage accounts; maintain showroom neatness Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other KPIs What We’re Looking For
