Pricing and Availability Representative (PAR)

If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy supporting internal teams in a fast-paced environment, this role places you at the center of Service and Spare Parts operations. You'll manage pricing and availability requests, process high-volume internal tickets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep service workflows moving efficiently.
What You'll Do
Process a high volume of incoming internal tickets and email requests Maintain and update pricing and units of measure for spare parts Determine product centers and workflows for non-set-up spare parts Follow up on outstanding pricing and part set-up requests Partner with Purchasing and Production to confirm part details, lead times, and pricing Respond to escalations with urgency while maintaining accuracy Use SAP and internal tools to document and complete requests
What You'll Bring
Customer service or internal support experience preferred Experience handling high-volume email or ticket-based workloads Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking skills Patient, professional communication style Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or CRM experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required; college education preferred
